Sweet, summer-soaked floral aromas were the first thing you noticed about Anna’s bouquet. I have never designed one quite as honeyed and perfumed as this. Sweet pea and lavender intertwined in the most beautiful way — warm, nostalgic, and softly lingering. You could catch the scent just standing beside her, like the garden itself was within her bouquet.

Anna was married at her childhood home, a place already overflowing with life and color. Her parents have cultivated the most vibrant garden — layered with foliage, blooms, and of course a friendly scarecrow. It felt fitting that her flowers echoed the setting that shaped her.
For her bridesmaids and centerpieces, we embraced a more understated approach. Baby’s breath and fresh greenery took center stage, allowing texture and movement to speak for themselves. Gentle pops of purple tied in the lavender from Anna’s bouquet and mirrored the bridesmaids’ dresses — a subtle thread weaving everything together.

One of my favorite design elements from the day was lining the ceremony aisle with lush ferns, each one accented with blooms tucked thoughtfully inside. It created a full, garden-inspired aisle moment — immersive and romantic — while still honoring the couple’s desired investment. Beauty can be abundant and intentional at the same time.

Every bouquet I create is shaped around the person holding it — their story, their vision, their hopes for the day. Designing with that in mind is where the magic lives. Getting to bring that vision to life, especially in a place so personal, is what makes this work such an honor.
